Tantangan dan Adaptasi Aparatur Gampong Buket Teukuh dalam Pelayanan Publik di Era Industri 4.0

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 not only provides opportunities but also challenges for gampong  officials.  However,    at Gampong Buket  Teukuh  Kecamatan Idi Tunong Kabupaten Aceh Timur, many Gampong officials lack the ability and skills to master digitalization technology and lack training on digital technology, so  they  experience  many  obstacles  in  information  transactions  with  related parties. The problems in this study are focused on the causes of the capacity of the Gampong Apparatus Gampong Buket Teukuh Kecamatan Idi Tunong Kabupaten Aceh Timur to not be able to face Industry 4.0 and the constraints of Gampong Buket Teukuh Apparatuses Kecamatan Idi Tunong Kabupaten Aceh Timur in facing Industry 4.0. This study aims to find out and explain the reasons for the capacity of Gampong apparatus Gampong Buket Teukuh Kecamatan Idi Tunong Kabupaten Aceh Timur, to have not been able to face Industry 4.0 and the obstacles it faces. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method using interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The research results explain that; (1) The reason that the capacity of village apparatus at Gampong Buket Teukuh Kecamatan Idi Tunong Kabupaten Aceh Timur has not been able to face industry 4.0 is a lack of knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of technology. Facing the technological age is the toughest challenge for gampong apparatus, especially computer operators, heads of financial affairs, and gampong secretaries because they are the ones who deal with computers every day and various kinds of reports that have to be done and sent online. The lack of training on technology and digitization, especially in making and sending reports online, has resulted in gampong officials not being able to face industry

4.0; (2) Obstacles for Gampong Buket Teukuh Apparatus Kecamatan Idi Tunong Kabupaten Aceh Timur in facing industry 4.0 are the low human resources of gampong apparatus and facilities and infrastructure that support the realization of  gampong  apparatus  that  are  competent  and  have  adequate  capacity.  In addition, the obstacle faced is the low participation of village officials in facing industry 4.0, such as sharing knowledge and knowledge about digitalization technology. In conclusion, the cause of the capacity of village apparatus Kecamatan Idi Tunong Kabupaten Aceh Timur, has not been able to face industry

4.0 is a lack of knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of technology. Gampong apparatus constraints in facing industry 4.0 are the low human resources of village  apparatus and  inadequate  facilities  and  infrastructure  in  the  field  of technology such as computers.
