Abstract

Public services are an important indicator in assessing government performance. The implementation and evaluation of public services continues to transform, adapting to societal conditions and technological developments. The Surabaya City Government aims to encourage service delivery units to improve the quality of public services, providing suggestions for improvements to improve the quality of public services towards excellent service. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with direct observation of the implementation of Public Service Performance Monitoring and Evaluation (PEKPPP) at the Benowo Community Health Center. Data analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions using theory based on 1) elements of accuracy, 2) timely, 3) objective and comprehensive, 4) centralized, 5) organizationally realistic, 6) coordinated with work flow, 7) flexible, 8) as operational guidelines, and 9) accepted by organizational members. There are several efforts that must be made to improve the quality of public services by carrying out supervision to maintain and improve the Public Service Index. Implementation of Public Service Performance Monitoring and Evaluation (PEKPPP). Puskesmas Benowo has effectively implemented this based on indicators of accuracy, timeliness, objective, centralized, organizationally realistic, coordinated with work flow, flexible, as an operational guideline, and accepted by members of the organization
