DAMPAK SMART ECONOMY DALAM PENINGKATAN DAYA SAING UMKM DI KOTA BANDA ACEH
Abstract
Smart economy is a smart economic management that has the intention to realize a region that has a strong ecosystem in the economic field and strives to adapt quickly and be able to face challenges. Smart economy has a strategy that will be centered on creative cooperation in the industrial environment, both related and benefitting in terms of financial transactions, promotion, and production, as well as supporting conditions in order to increase a more prosperous society. One of them is MSMEs which are so important as they should be in times of fast-moving information technology, making business people in modern times like now must be able to master IT which provides opportunities for MSMEs to promote their products and expand business networks in every part of the business world. So the purpose of this research is to find out how the impact of the smart economy on the competitiveness of MSMEs in Banda Aceh City. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data sources are obtained through official websites, journals, books. Data analysis techniques using content analysis techniques. The results showed that the impact of the Smart Economy was able to increase competitiveness because MSME players in Banda Aceh City continued to innovate their business products and also used technology in promoting them.
